Peak Design goes wireless for vehicles

The Peak Design Mobile range of phone mounts has been popular, especially for photographers who know the brand for their quality products. The world of cyclists and motorcyclist has also embraced the system for its qualities over the competition, such as the Quad Lock mounts.

However, Quad Lock has bested Peak Design in one regard, which is wireless charging. The Peak Design mobile system has only offered wireless charging on a big and clunky desktop stand, with no wireless charging offering for neither bicycle, motorbike or car.

That is about to change. Launched as a Kickstarter, expecting full store launch as of December 2024, the Peak Design goes fully Qi2 wireless with no less than five different mounts for motorcycles.

The locking motorcycle mounts are available as brake/clutch mount, mirror mount, ball mount, bar mount and stem mount versions. The ball mount version is especially handy, as it can be used in numerous applications, such as in a car.
